The Emrikir is the ruler of the country Arrida. The emrikir rules in Mararoc, the capital city of Arrida. The position is comparable to a king in Araluen or an Oberjarl in Skandia. The land is divided in provinces; such a province is ruled by a Wakir, a baron, while the whole land is ruled by the Emrikir.
