The Sparrow is a medium-sized trading ship from Hibernia. It's captain is Ardel Keelty.
History
Halt's Peril In Halt's Peril, The Sparrow is used to transport Halt, Will and Horace, who are chasing Tennyson. The ship gets attacked by the ship of the Hibernian smuggler Black O'Malley, The Claw. It is about to ram The Sparrow when Halt and Will shoot O'Malley and he looses control, causing the ship to crash onto the Palisade Reef and sink.
The Sparrow safely delivers the Araluans to Picta, where The Outsiders were going. Halt says that when Ardel gets to the king of Clonmel, King Sean, he will give him a fair payment.
